MSI provides onsite service for qualified products that is included with the products or the purchases of Onsite service sold by MSI. If you purchased service warranty from a third party company, you must contact them for assistance. Third party warranty service providers shall facilitate all services in accordance with your service contract through their terms and conditions you agreed upon.

Please review our extended warranty section or accidental coverage terms and conditions if you purchased such coverage from MSI directly or through our authorized re-sellers.
